Noodle soup

It's so dark these days. I'm frozen, though it's not really that cold, but I get up early, I'm tired, it's...yes, again, dark, rainy, and the light never appear either, it's all very depressing. So, on days like these, making soup is a very good idea. When I cook soup, I don't really follow any recipe, I just add what I feel like. Use any kind of vegetable you prefer, I like onions, potatoes, parsley, spring onion, garlic, cabbage and carrots. Add spices and noodles, and just relax and enjoy. Make a large portion, it stays fresh in the fridge for days and you can just heat it again when you're in for more. Happy January meal:)
